Privacy

This site (rickyandrade.com) is a personal website run by Ricky Andrade. This notice explains what information is collected when you visit or get in touch.

What you send

If you apply for a strategy session, the form collects your name, email, phone number, country, experience, goals, income ranges, and the other answers you choose to give. Applications are stored securely on Cloudflare and in my CRM (GoHighLevel) so I can prepare for your call and follow up. When you book a time, the booking calendar (provided by LeadConnector/GoHighLevel) collects the details it needs to schedule the call and send you reminders. The phone number on the application is for calling you about your session. If you email contact@rickyandrade.com, the information you include is used only to reply to you and follow up on your inquiry. There are no user accounts on this site.

Text messages

The text box on the application form is unticked unless you tick it. I only send text messages if you tick it. If you do, you get texts about your application and session reminders, up to 4 automated texts per booked session. I keep your number, the time you agreed, the page and the exact wording you agreed to. If you leave the box unticked, your number is used for calls about your session only, not for texts. Msg and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop, or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is never required to apply or to book. Mobile numbers and text consent are not sold or shared with third parties for their marketing.

Technical data

The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most hosting providers, Cloudflare may process basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, and request times to deliver the site securely and reliably. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when fonts are downloaded.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not sell or share personal information.

Retention

Applications and emails are kept only as long as they're needed for the conversation or to meet legal obligations.
